Dansk Metal Danish Speedway Grand Prix – PAarken, Copenhagen 13th june 2009


The FIM have announced the nomination of Neils-Kristian Iversen as the Wild Card for the FIM Dansk Metal Danish Grand Prix at Parken, Copenhagen on June 13th.

Niels, who will celebrate his 27th birthday just seven days after the Grand Prix, was a regular in the 2006 and 2008 series but failed to secure a top eight spot in either year. He has appeared in 22 SGP events and only narrowly missed qualification for this year through the 2008 Grand Prix Challenge. He will undoubtedly be looking for a good performance in his home country to enhance his prospects for next year.
Reserve riders at Parken will be: 17: Patrick Hougaard and 18: Nikolai Klindt.

The FIM Jury President will be Ilkka Teromaa from Finland and the Referee Krister Gardell (Sweden)
